Designed with Purpose

In developing Inset, we strived to create a cervical plate that is versatile, easy to use and fully leverages the benefits of the LES Philosophy for single-level and multiple one-level anterior cervical fusions. Inset's innovative design facilitates a medial/lateral approach to the anatomy, which allows for a minimal incision and greatly increases the contact between the implant and the cortical bone. Using multiple angles of approach during spine fusion also offers greater flexibility for revision cases if they are required.

Features & Benefits

Minimal Vertebral Encroachment

Inset is specially designed to be used in revision cases with adjacent disc disease. Its minimal encroachment on the vertebral body gives the maximum opportunity to fit adjacent to any existing plate.

Inset Stabilizing

Inset's "shelf" feature rests on the vertebral rim providing temporary stabilization that allows for inserting screws without pre-drilling.

Zero-Step Locking Screws

Inset's Hurricane Screws have zero-step locks to prevent screw back-out. As it is tightened, the Hurricane Screw's wings automatically lock the screw in for permanent placement.

Indications

The SpineFrontier Lumbar Interbody Fusion Device System (Dorado IBC, Dorado PLIFT, Dorado ELIFT, Dorado ALIFT, Dorado TILT, Dorado TLIFT, Dorado Wide, and Ursa S-LIFT) is intended for intervertebral body fusion of the spine of skeletally mature patients, using autogenous bone graft to facilitate fusion. The device is indicated for use in patients with degenerative disc disease (DDD) at one or two contiguous spinal levels from L2-S1. These DDD patients may also have up to Grade I spondylolisthesis or retrolithesis at the involved level(s). Degenerative disc disease is defined as discogenic back pain with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history or radiographic studies. These patients should be skeletally mature and have had six months of non-operative treatment. The SpineFrontier Lumbar Intervertebral Body Fusion Device System is intended to be used with supplemental spinal fixation system(s) cleared for use in the lumbar spine.
